RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or replacement of ONLY products with any manufacturing defects, within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products.
If the product is missing or if the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact the Customer Service at info@studioimmri.com or simply WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by Studio Immri.

Please note that all products must have original tags, dust bag and packaging box intact.

The exchange process would take 12-15 days.
After your exchange request is approved, it takes up to 48 hours for us to arrange your return pick up.
Once picked up, it takes 7-10 days to reach our warehouse, post which the quality check process happens which takes up to 48 hours.
Once the quality check is successful your exchange is dispatched and the delivery timeline is 4-5 days.
