RETURN POLICY

What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds?

  • We accept returns or replacement of ONLY products with any manufacturing defects, within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products.
  • If the product is missing or if the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact the Customer Service at info@studioimmri.com or simply WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by Studio Immri.

Please note that all products must have original tags, dust bag and packaging box intact.

When will I receive the exchanged product?

  • The exchange process would take 12-15 days.
  • After your exchange request is approved, it takes up to 48 hours for us to arrange your return pick up.
  • Once picked up, it takes 7-10 days to reach our warehouse, post which the quality check process happens which takes up to 48 hours. 
  • Once the quality check is successful your exchange is dispatched and the delivery timeline is 4-5 days.
  • We request you to be patient while we work hard to process your exchange request. Thank you.

How do I check on my exchange status?

To check on your exchange status, please WhatsApp or Mail our customer service.

When will I receive the refund of my return?

  • The refund process would take 12-15 days.
  • After your return request is approved, it takes up to 48 hours for us to arrange your return pick up.
  • Once picked up, it takes 7-10 days to reach our warehouse, post which the quality check process happens which takes up to 48 hours. 
  • Once the quality check is successful your refund will reflect in your original or chosen method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email. 
  • We request you to be patient while we work hard to process your return request. Thank you.
