Shipping Timeline

All goods are made to order maintaining the highest quality standards. We will ship your order within 6-7 days of order placement. To request a priority delivery, please contact us by clicking on the WhatsApp icon at the bottom of your screen.

Delivery Timeline

COD orders have a delivery timeline of 6-7 working days from the date of order dispatch. 

Prepaid order have a delivery timeline of 3-5 days after dispatch.

 

Delivery deferral

If you want us to deliver the products on a later date, please drop us an email at info@studioimmri.com in mentioning your Order Id immediately after placing an order. We would try to comply to this on a best-effort basis by shipping the order later. But we please be aware that there could be some misses due to high volumes of orders. Once the items have been shipped we strongly recommend against any deferral as the products we are selling are perishable. You need to get in touch with the logistics partner and coordinate with them regarding your preferred delivery date. We would be providing you with the tracking details.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery time line of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timeliness shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

–     The Seller offering the product

–     Product’s availability with the Seller

–     The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
